▶ What do you sell?

We provide high quality authentic mineral specimens and polished crystals from around the world. Each item is unique because these items are from the Earth and are produced by mother nature. We take pride in sourcing high quality items, but please understand that because mother nature is imperfect there might be minor imperfections with some items. We do our best to disclose these imperfections when offering these products. 


▶ How do I purchase items?

Most customers make purchases in our facebook live streams. You can also contact customer service to inquire about items and make purchases.

We do our best to provide as much information about a specific item as possible, but you can also inquire about more details for any item before you make a purchase so you can be as informed as possible. 


▶ How do I pay?

Please provide your email address in Facebook Messenger so we can create your invoice. We will also provide photos of your items in Facebook Messenger.

Before claiming items on the live stream please sign up on our website. Please inquire about the use of any other payment processors before making a purchase.

We send invoices within 24 hours of purchasing and payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing.

▶  How much is shipping?

We offer US customers FREE shipping for orders over $111 (excluding auctions). International orders must get a shipping quote before claiming (See Below).

▶ When do you ship?

We ship orders within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) of payment using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You will receive tracking information to your registered email address once we print the label for your package.

▶ Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We take extreme time and care to package your goods safely, however sometimes things are out of our control once the package leaves our facility. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us on our Facebook page to arrange replacements.

▶ Cancellation Policy

We expect payment within 24 hours of sending your invoice. If you need to delay payment, please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

If you must cancel your order it may result in us not allowing you to shop with us in the future so please be confident in your purchases. 


▶ Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide is stored securely and will only be used for invoicing, shipping fulfillment, and communication about orders. 

We do not sell your information to third party data companies and we take care in protecting your privacy. 

We do not store or have access to any financial information and all payments are handled directly by our highly trusted payment processing services.

▶ International Customers *PLEASE READ* 

All items are priced in USD. Payment processors automatically convert prices to your local currency when you check out. There may be a fee for currency conversion. These fees are decided by the payment processor and we do not receive any portion of this fee. 


International shipping costs vary by destination. Please contact customer service and provide your postal code BEFORE you claim any items so we can give you a shipping estimate. We have contracted rates with our shipping couriers to provide you very competitive shipping prices and we do not make any money on shipping fees. Please understand that certain locations are expensive to ship to from the US which is why we ask that you contact us first before claiming so there aren’t any surprises. There may be additional duties/taxes as determined by your countries import laws so be prepared and know your countries import laws.
